   When I actually had an appointment, it was very good. I felt the GP listened. However, I joined this surgery because there was a claim that online services were available (e.g. to book appointments). As someone with anxiety around phone calls, this was really important to me. You cannot book appointments online. You can make a request for specific issues and they will assign you a random appointment or phone appointment (which they may or may not stick to - my last "phone appointment" was a text that they sent to me, so I wasn't able to ask any questions at all). Still trying to find a better GP clinic in this area but it seems impossible!

   I have been going here since I was a baby. They'vealways been very good. My time goes right back to Dr Fish. That's how long I've gone there for. I have been quite selective on the doctors I frequent. Dr MooreWood was excellent, I went to see him during period in my early 20's when I suffered from god awful migraine, I was worried as one friend of the family had suffered the same and turned out it was a brain tumour, so I went to see the late great Doctor MoreWood and first thing he checked was any other symptoms of a brain tumour. Luckily it was migraine and was put on some powerful paramax and then as it was doing much some smaller tablets which I was to take as soon a Migraine started. After about 2 or 3 years I stopped getting them as frequently maybe 2 or 3 a year instead of once week for 99% of the year. Then it was Dr Malik up until this year as getting an appointment with her is like gold dust so now I go and a very nice part time doctor called Dr Doel. I have seen those regularly for the last Decade due to chronic pain caused by a back injury and bad knee with mobility issues that are worse during this year during the dumpster fire that is 2020 Dr Malik And Dr Doel have been very helpfully and support with getting me treatments.

   Really good surgery, much better experience than my last surgery. Reception and admin staff work really hard to keep the smooth running of the practice. Doctor Chintala has been my regular GP and she has been great.

   Absolute waste of time, after speaking to a nurse regarding my asthma a few days ago they booked me in to see the GP at 4pm, my wife had to rearrange her appt from another day and guess what they did they rearranged my appointment for 4.50 but still moved my wife’s appointment, so I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour and when I ask why it’s taking so long they said my appointment is for 4.50. I am a dentist and I had to cancel an afternoon of patients to be seen, they have no respect for people at this clinic and time, when I came in they could have informed me I’m an hour early like we do in the dentist, so I wouldn’t have had to cancel any of my own patients.

   Dr Vanessa Doel is the most caring and understanding doctor I've ever seen! Reception staff are always friendly and the female doctors (only ones I’ve seen/contacted recently) have been so helpful through quite stressful times with my health recently and made feel really at ease!

   I have joined recently. For me it is a great improvement comparing to the last GP surgery I was signed with in West Bridgeford. Ladies in the reception are very helpful. It is also possible to get a walk-in visit without too much hassle.
