   I had a bad infection… my lymph nodes were raised, my neck was very painful and I also had raised spots on my back and arms. The triage nurse (man) stated I could not have antibiotics. When I asked why he said they couldn’t be given. I showed him my skin, he did nothing. I walked out in disgust and would not recommend going here. I finally got antibiotics as my symptoms were worsening!!

   The service here was terrible. Called 111 for an infection, took 24 hours for a call back, then another day for an appointment. When my son arrived the clinician was very rude, snappy and quite frankly shouldn't be working with patients with her bedside manners. Totally uncalled for after the stress of waiting so long to see someone and being in pain.

   Want to express my thanks to advanced nurse Ian, who I saw around 6pm on Dec 10th with my manky Planar Palsy hand. An absolute pro who knows his stuff and really nice guy. Really appreciate the help in getting me straight Infront of the specialist surgery team.

   Honestly last time i was here i had to wait 3+ and i inly came at 4pm.I was meant to get an X-ray but by the time it was my turn the X-ray was already closed.This time i twisted my knee,the first check up happened straight away,then they asked me to sit and that i will be called over again.I waited almost 2 hours just to be told X-ray was closed (i was meant to get one for my knee to see if anything happened to it)And then i got told to then again sit down and i will be called 'soon'.At this point I'm just thinking about going home,because unless they're gonna do an X-ray i don't really have a purpose being here. Safe to say id rather have gone to the hospital where you have to wait 5+ hours but there you ACTUALLY get an xray.

   Absolutely amazing. My kid cut her eyelid after a fall, and we weren't sure if we could deal with it. Checked in, 2 minutes later were triaged, and dealt with straight away. Jess the CP said we are doing this now, cleaned and checked. She got backup from Lumi, who was so good with my 6 year old. They applied sutures and adhesive, told us exactly what to look out for. This is the best of the NHS, so grateful. We were out in 20 minutes max. So very good.

   I took my 7 year-old daughter this morning about 8:30am and she was triaged immediately. We then had a few minutes wait in the waiting room and was called through to be seen by a lovely lady who diagnosed and wrote a prescription. She also looked after my daughter with great care when she had a funny turn and needed a sick bowl and water. We are very thankful. All staff were very efficient and did a great job. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes.

   Visited today, reception staff were polite and welcoming. Apologised about the long wait time but the volume of patients is not anyone's fault. The male Dr that saw me was reassuring, assessed me slowly and took time to explain his findings - so far he's the calmest and most reassuring GP I've seen. Thank you

   Attended last night and from receptionist to nurse and radiographer , all of them are very nice , helpful and professional. The nurse explained my mother’s condition to me very clearly and comfort my mum. Really great service and thank you for all NHS staff !!

   Complete waste of time, I remember when this place used to be helpful and caring. Took my son with serious stomach cramps but they've had notice up saying not taking any more patients and to call 111. You call 111 and no answer for more than 1hr, you call the Dr and the receptionist will say appointment in 3 weeks and that too over the phone. The whole world is back to normal and these people are still not seeing anyone face to face at gp surgeries, early finishes at walk in centres but they're OK to go on strikes and demand more pay. While the rest of us can suffer by ourselves and still pay our taxes.
