Hated this place, I was there to help with my mental health but there was no help as you are just left to do your own thing! I was there for 4 weeks and got told in the AM I would be leaving that day for no reason, I followed all the rules but there were people there that constantly broke the rules and got told stay longer! When I left I didn’t have anywhere to go so they kicked me out to the street and didn’t care!

I have been on a waiting list since my initial assesmnet in October 2022, not heard anything since, so i called up to be told have should have been given another assesmnet appontment. So we scheduled on in for a date, but nobody called. I called back again to arrange another appointment as nobody called me, was told i would be called the next day but nobody called again. Its hard to get through on the phone as it is as nobody hardly answers, then the person i speak to sounds half asleep, showing no kindness or compassion, clearly does not whant to be working there and is highly unhelpful. I am appaled at this service, i was refered here as my issues are to much for short councelling so needed long term therapy. I have been struggling majorly and this was a lifeline that i might actually get some therapy and help which i despratly need. This is absolutly disgraceful. When i asked to speak to another receptionist because this guy was half asleep i was left on hold for 50 minutes and i just gave up. People say reach out when you are in a very dark place but do not go here, it really needs to be sorted out ASAP.

I fine beacon lodge. Very welcom ing. Staff very friendly... And on point too help out as much as they can.. as long as you willing too open up to the staff. . about your problem's ... I stay 8 weeks there wish I had more time there.

This place is a disgrace. I spent 4 weeks there. I found staff asleep on the night shift when they should of been working. Also other members of staff acting unprofessionaly, ie causing arguments with you, shouting at you especially one member of staff ( called Morgan). Who should so immature she should not be working I even put a complaint in about her but heard nothing after, so I've turned to a solicitor to take her to court for improper behaviour. And to top it all off when I left they left me with no medication because they couldn't be bothered to discharge me. Absolutely disgusting place stay well clear
