Came in earlier to enquire about vaping whilst quitting cigarettes. I was met with very friendly staff with outstanding knowledge on the products they provide. Highly recommend this shop.

Went to the store last Friday before lockdown, the lady in the shop was incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to have a conversation with which I find sometimes lacking in other vape stores that are very much driving the sale then getting you out the door. Shop is very visually appealing and thoughtfully laid out, you can see that the owner has an eye for detail and shop was immaculate throughout. Prices reasonable too, as with anything you get what you pay for..couldn't recommend enough, will be nipping in again once I no longer have to run the gauntlet of checkpoints!!
Although I had popped into Philly's Vapour Shop on something of a whim, the friendly and informative staff have guaranteed that I will be making a return visit. I'm relatively new to vaping and have always been worried about my lack of vaping knowledge, but the folks down at Philly's were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and helped me find the device that was best suited to my needs (trying to kick the habit). The shop is both clean and organised. As a result, I had no difficulty picking from their vast range of e-liquids, which turned out to be both delicious and affordable.
