    There are no staff around to direct you appointments and the signage is very poor. The accessible toilet by the empty reception desk is locked with a pin code lock so is not accessible. The security gard is very helpful when available.

    Almost like a small hospital complex. Treated with respect by all the staff we came into contact with. The toilet facilities were absolutely immaculately clean and real credit to those who look after them. We were looked after by Nathan a shoulder injury specialist. He was amazingly thorough and explained exactly what was wrong with my shoulder 1st class! Clifton is so lucky to have this facility I wish it was nearer to me!

    I take my mother here to get her hearing aid repaired/serviced. I've been using it for many years. It is MUCH more convenient than having to go to the Ropewalk main clinic. The most recent visit was today (hence this review). Her appointment was at 9.45am. She went in right on time, and was out inside 15 minutes. Yes, on this occasion she is going to have to get another appointment (this time at the Ropewalk for a major repair/replacement), but they fixed the problems we'd booked in for. She has no problems with any of the staff, even though she's nearly deaf and unable to walk without a wheeled walking frame. They're fine with her.

    the worst nhs service i have recieved in 40 years been twice the staff are the most awful rude people they need to retrain all the staff if they worked in the private sector they would all be sacked in the first week the way they talk to people its a wonder they don/t get a slap

    While waiting my turn , I heard the receptionist tell a patient that wanted to book for a flu and pneumonia jab, that these couldn’t be done on the same day?? I had mine together one in each arm so only needed one appointment. I’m sure the information she gave must be wrong

    I don't have words how to describe service, what provide nottingham council service in this building, even didn't worth one star. Poor-poor-poor irresponsible staff....... First I handle notice to give back property to council and for garage us well. Lady she marked days and take a notice, but after month when we handle keys they said that they didn't receive notice.......is good that I make picture for this notice.....if not they says we will need to pay extra month...... even mistake been done from their side. I understand everyone is human and can make mistakes...... but her is just begining...... After month I call and ask can they send me confirmation that everything been paid....lady on phone she told that last payment I need to do by phone, thats fine..... not a problems at all, I ask here can she send me confirmation letter that everything been paid and left last payment she told they didn't do that. Probably is to difficult write down two sentences........ I decided didn't pay, I will pay when they send me a letter, so they did, so is mean whean you ask them to send you a letter is to difficult, but when they didn't receive a payment on time they can you send a letter. I call this morning and made last payment and I ask what about deposit for garage what council should return back. Lady she told me that check been send in old address....... How do you explain that? We handle keys write down new address and they still sending check in old property? I cant believe....... I can't imagine what part of brains is been using to sort simple things. What educated, responsible staff working in council if they can't to do simple things.... So lady she told I needs to write a letter to East Midlands shared service that they resend me a check..... Just simple question why I need to sort mistakes for staff who can't do their job correctly? They get paid for that, so why I need to waist my time, if they made mistakes so they should be sorted it, isn't? And on the end I even didn't hear sorry....... I never thought thet I ever leave so bad and long review, but I never thought that so irresponsible staff working for Nottingham Council house in Clifton Cornestobne house.

    The Clifton Medical Centre is run by a load of QUACKS thank god i hope i never have to use them they told the wife's niece that there was nothing wrong with her baby son on Friday 8/11/2013 on the same Friday night he was rushed into hospital with breathing and feeding problems yet she was told there was nothing wrong with him this practice need looking into and the way they deal with patients hopefully he comes out of hospital alright because if he suffers more i will make sure this practice is closed down bunch of idiots
