   First contact was April 2024. The staff dealt very well with a panicky relative on the phone (me) were reassuring and gave a strong impression that they were a very professional team and all would be well. On visiting the ward I was received with smiles and no-one could have been more helpful; reinforcing my initial opinion. The patient was obviously receiving the same standard of care. Staff were knowledgeable and informative and I even had access to the doctor. I left after visiting hours feeling confident that if any Radio/Chemo Unit could get the desired result this was the place.

   Except from the waiting time everything is nice, the little café is nice to just not open long enough for my taste. No one wants to go there as it is the oncology department. All the nurses are really friendly, always feel comfortable.
