“First contact was April 2024. The staff dealt very well with a panicky relative on the phone (me) were reassuring and gave a strong impression that they were a very professional team and all would be well. On visiting the ward I was received with smiles and no-one could have been more helpful; reinforcing my initial opinion. The patient was obviously receiving the same standard of care. Staff were knowledgeable and informative and I even had access to the doctor. I left after visiting hours feeling confident that if any Radio/Chemo Unit could get the desired result this was the place.”
