   This is certainly a proactive, adaptive, considerate, and flexible business, which actively seeks out new clients: When I was doing recruitment work in the public sector, I was surprised to receive a bid from them, in relation to hospitality vacancies intended for individuals. Although this turned out not to be possible for security reasons, I did hold an internal meeting (solely within my employers) to discuss it, as I had recently been on the other side of the recruitment fence, and didn't want to turn anyone down without good reason. I was also very much aware of the principle of being nice to people on the way up, as one may encounter them again, on the way down... This is a complicated review to write, as in line with G'Map rules, I can only write about my experiences as a client (and user of their products), and I am also bound by civil service rules. Sometime within the last three years, they moved to easier-to-find premises at the end of the West/left fork of Bath Road industrial estate, in a building with an entrance lobby decorated (by a previous occupant) in hobbit style, with a very distinctive round wooden reception door featuring little circular windows: I add this to aid people wondering if they've come to the right address. Although, visiting them will be unnecessary in most cases, as they drive out to clients' premises, and all my communication with them last time, was via online messaging/phone. Their main reception door is inside a fenced compound where they park their vehicles; they also have a roll-up factory door type entrance for the laundry side of their business, outside the fence. Although the bulk of their work is now as a B2B laundry, they still run their original house cleaning service, primarily suitable for residential properties, offices, and the hospitality industry; and I doubt they'd turn anyone else down. They also use and make their own range of "chemical free" cleaning products, which would be better described as hypo-allergenic. These products are supplied in reusable "plastic free" aluminium containers, and although plastic is used in the handles, seals, and nozzles, it isn't short-term use plastic, and is hardwearing. The print on the metal containers is not so hardwearing, so I recommend adding your own labels to distinguish between different types. The style of printing does not clearly emphasise the product type (eg limescale remover, surface polish, etc), which is another reason to add your own labels.

   I had a terrible experience with Squeaky Cleaners on 2 occasions. Whilst the cleaners themselves are nice people and did a good job, the managers were awful each time. I had made enquiries on both occasions about whether a particular date was possible on their end to do a clean. They confirmed with a 'yes it is possible' a few days after, in the meantime I had sent out the same enquiry to other cleaners and one other got back to me on both occasions before Squeaky Cleaners so I went ahead and booked in with the other company. Merely, replying ‘yes we can clean’ does NOT constitute a booking of the job! For there to be a contract, there needs to be an offer, an acceptance and consideration in place. In their mind there had been an acceptance but I had not confirmed the job since they merely were informing that they COULD do this job. Their cleaners turned up and then the main problem took place: I said to the cleaners I have someone else cleaning so don’t need Squeeky Cleaners to do the job. The cleaners said that that was fine and would let the management know. I asked specifically as I didn’t want to be charged for a service they did not provide and confirmed that I would NOT be charged and they on Both occasions reassured me that I would NOT BE CHARGED. Subsequently, Squeaky Cleaners sent me a bill charging me and and threatening me with legal action thereafter if I do not pay. They had done NO CLEANING for me and were charging me despite me confirming that I would not be charged before turning them away. Basically, they lied to me. Had I known that I would be charged, I would have got them to clean another part of my 10,000 square foot property which always needs cleaning! A rip off company with no ethics in mind and no idea of customer service and retention. Run with ruthless and unscrupulous attitude towards the customer, sadly. I can even go as far as to say I felt a strong sense of meanness in their treatment and communication towards me. It would have been so easy to let me clearly in their communication that 1/ The job had been booked in (as I was completely unaware of this from their one line email confirming their availability) and 2/ When they did turn up to inform me that I would be charged for the job. The fact that this occurred twice clearly shows a lack of any proper and professional system in place and to top of this, threats of legal action against a customer who did nothing wrong render this company totally inconsiderate, dishonest and disreputable in my opinion and experience. I have dealt with dozens of cleaning companies and never seen such abominable behaviour.

   Excellent service all round from the two ladies in the office (can't remember their names sorry), Phil the delivery driver and the lady on the phone after delivery. Thoroughly recommended this company to anyone on so many levels. Respect:)
