   Knew I was in very capable hands after the first consultation. The day of surgery everything was fantastic in all honesty, everyone was polite and very chatty, which obviously helps for the duration of time in the chair. On top of that the TV on the end of where the procedure takes place too is an added bonus. (Netflix, channel 4 etc cracking job not just your typical freeview channels) Currently on day 15 post op, And the aftercare has been nothing short of phenomenal, always a message away, and very prompt with responses. Not only messaging with reply’s but also checking up to make sure I was okay, as well as how the transplant itself was looking and feeling. I couldn’t put into works how happy I am at the moment. And without doubt would recommend. Very happy Customer here.

   I was put in touch with Hair Transplant Group Clinic and Dr Havutcu after buying my hair-loss meds through the Hair Repair Clinic website, and honestly the whole thing has been way smoother than I expected. From the first message everything was explained properly, no confusion, no salesy stuff, just clear info. One of the big reasons I went with them is that they were actually able to agree on a graft count upfront. I wanted around 4.5k grafts, which most UK clinics don’t commit to, but they had no issue with it. And that the hairline results coming from dr Havutcu were very natural and well done and the overall results were dense as well, The price for a UK procedure was also surprisingly good, and looking through other people’s results gave me a lot of confidence. The procedure itself went really well, I was looked after the whole time, it was all done in a single day, and the healing so far has been completely smooth. No issues at all. I’ll post an update on the actual results once enough time has passed, but up to now I’ve been really happy with the experience.

   Just over 4 weeks in now and so far everything has been perfect, as far as I can tell the procedure went as well as possible, the experience on the day was great, I was well looked after on the day and the after care supper has been exceptional. Just looking forward to seeing the end product now!

   I had a great experience with the surgery group with my recent transplant. Jake put me in touch with Dr Moussa and both were very helpful and informative from initial consultation to aftercare. The whole team are down to earth and explain everything well without being too “sales’y” which is reassuring in this industry. I was a little nervous in the day (having struggled with anxiety in the past) but everyone made me feel at ease and was a very relaxing day all in all. Would recommend and will maybe see again in a few years if needed.

   The surgery group have been amazing from start to finish. I met with the surgeon before booking my hair transplant which really put me at ease that it was right for me. The day ran really smoothly and had a a great team of surgeons on the day. Jake is like the wingman of hair surgeries, who is there to answer any questions and help you through which was really helpful especially through the first couple of weeks after the surgery. Overall, I really recommend the surgery group and wouldn’t change a thing.

   This is a follow up review after having 2 hair transplants with Surgery group. The dates of each treatment were June 2021 for the front of my head and February 2022 for my crown. I believe pictures speak a thousand words when reading reviews for a company of this nature so I have posted 4 pictures. The first picture you can clearly see I'm bald on my crown and the front of my head in almost a downwards "Y" Is fading or has no hair. A second shot after the front of my head grew through shows the front of my head done but very little on my crown (Minoxidil made "some" hair grow back but hardly coverage). And finally you can see two later shots where my crown is covered (Still growing well presently) and the front of my head completely covered ever since it grew through. This company completely gave me my confidence back and genuinely doing my research they have the best prices on the market. The teams who did the surgery on both occasions were informative, professional and caring and filled me as a patient with confidence. Before and after treatments Matt and Jake guided me through everything every step of the way and helped me with questions at all hours and however big or small. I now take Finesteride and use Minoxidil consistently since the treatment but the results speak for themselves. Constant hair growth and a full head of hair! I have had numerous compliments from my network on the results and people in disbelief of the results from before and after! As someone who was on the fence about doing this and really isn't a risk taker I cannot recommend enough going through surgery group if you're planning for a hair transplant and however corny I cannot stress enough how much it's changed my life!

They explained everything well, which puts your mind at ease, total trust in Dr Ahmad who took time to make sure everything was right. All the staff were very friendly and looked after me very well. Jake provided great after care, kept in touch every day.

   5 star service I’ve been wanting a hair transplant for many years. But never knew what company to ever go with to get this procedure done. I was recommended by my brother in law to have my procedure with the Surgery group. I initially showed my interest on wanting a transplant. That day I was called by Jake who has been amazing from the very first chat we had. After a chat and many questions asked, I was then having a consultation with the surgeon Dr Ahmad Moussa the same day to then booking in with them a few months later. Recently just had my procedure and from the moment I turned up I was so welcomed into a very clean clinic with the most amazing staff. Dr Ahmad Moussa was incredible, so reassuring and professional. Along side him was him amazing team Phil, Emma and Amanda. They were so professional, efficient and most importantly had a laugh they made me feel so at ease in the procedure. I’m super chuffed with my results so early on and really looking forward to when it’s at its best. After care from Jake has been effortless. Always checking in on me and answering any questions I may have. Just so easy the whole process. I would 100% recommend Surgery Group for your hair transplant. The complete package from start to finish is just worth every Penny.

   Had a hair transplant two weeks ago with surgery group. Really happy with the results. Received excellent service from all staff members. Surgery was done with a professional and knowledgeable doctor and would definitely recommend anyone to them. Aftercare was fantastic and was contacted everyday after the surgery with day by day instructions and care. Thanks to everyone at surgery group.
