   So awfully. Spoke to them about a document the doctor had to fill in face to face. I called them to make sure they had all the documents and they made me a appointment to see doctor. It was very very important. I arrived but all the documents didn't. This is the 3rd time. Wasted time and waste of my money. ITS AWFULL! NO INCOMPETENT.

   Utterly incompetent! I called at 8am to arrange an appointment, phones were not on until 08:01, trivial maybe but 8am is 8am. I ended up 6th in the queue. Eventually my call was answered (after a considerable amount of time) I explained in great detail what I required (I wont go into that on here) the receptionist said she fully understood and would make arrangements, but just to be sure could I call back after 17:00 to double check. I did just that and was assured that everything was OK and they had "red flggged" against the notes to make absolutely sure what needed to happen would happen. I should have questioned the answer I was given when I asked for the telephone appointment time and the receptionist said "She (The Dr) will just ring whenever" So 2 (answered) phone calls that totalled 28 minutes and 32 seconds and very detailed explanations made and I ensured that I was fully understood and they understood the importance of what I required. Wonderful you may think? Wrong. They completely FAILED. Sadly a no star option is not available. Note to the practice manager: Feel free to give me a call and try to explain how something so very simple can be messed up in such a catastrophic way. According to your automated system I believe calls are recorded? So I can give you the exact times of the calls so you can listen for yourself. 26.03.2025 Further to the comments I made a few days ago. The practice manager actually took me up on my invite to ring and have a "chat" and invited me to go in and have a sit down and discuss my comments. I took up the invite to go and I am so very glad I did. I must admit, I expected some "Hoity-toity University type!" who was removed from real life and didn't have a clue. I'm happy to say that I got that wrong. I went in expecting 5 minutes of corporate nonsense. What I actually got was (besides a good brew) was a person who deals with issues raised PROPERLY! an absolute breath of fresh air. We sat and chatted for I think about 90 minutes, she listened to everything I had to say and went through the digital records to check what I had said wasn't just some made up waffle. What a shame everyone doesn't take the same approach as the Aitune Practice Manager, if they did we'd no doubt be in better position! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to see me.    Please can they get rid of the ridiculous phone system I'm sick of calling only to be told I'm cue position 20, it's ok but when I have sat for maybe a hour will they answer it NOT ALWAYS, while some of the Staff on the desk are really nice and understanding but their is always one,while the GPs are only Human, like us they to need time away from the Surgery. Merry Christmas to all at the Surgery.

   Aitune Medical Practice has improved immensely in the last few months.Especially the Reception Staff used to dread having to attend surgery due to their attitude. All the staff now are lovely and really helpful and take the time to listen to people. Drs and nurses are first class. Do not have to wait long for telephone to be answered any more. Whatever changes you have made recently have made a massive difference Thank you.

   Phoned at 5.45 to query 94 Yr old prescription to be in position 3 at 7pm at position 1 for 10 minutes I gave up. I will be speaking to the practice manager tomorrow, this is unacceptable

   This is such a busy surgery yet the reception staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Sure, there can be a fair wait when calling, but that is every doctors surgery you call these days. Every nurse and doctor I’ve seen here has also been exemplary. I’m amazed they manage to stay so positive with the current state of underfunding nationwide. Thanks to the team for always looking after me.

   In this day and age of bringing down gp surgeries with bad reviews, I wanted to share my recent experiences. Both of my children visited a couple of weeks ago and I only have good things to report on the efficiencies and politeness of the staff. We are due another appointment tomorrow and the staff have gone above and beyond to answer any queries in the mean time and resolve any issues surrounding appointments. I have used the nhs app as well as phoning and always get a prompt reply. The dr we saw listened to my concerns and was keen to hear my thoughts as a mum regarding any ongoing issues rather than a ‘quick prescription and out the door’. I am happy we are in the best place and the staff are lovely.
