   I have travelled to Belfast office from another city due to lack of appointments in England. I was quite stressed because of my previous experience in indian embassy / vfs offices. But visit to Belfast office was a completely different experience. I never witnessed such a kind and friendly team in an Indian establishment. The team treated everyone in a very professional manner and if any error in application they will explain and help you correct things. One thing I have to mention all staff smile and talk to young children surely kept them happy.    The three ladies working at the Belfast office were amazing. Our paperwork was wrong but they patiently guided us through it, checked it before we resubmitted it and even brought a box of chocolates out because folk were looking a bit stressed. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. Thank you ladies.

   It was a bit of a mission getting an appointment - there was nothing available in England, Scotland or Wales, so we flew to Belfast from the West Midlands. That was the only problem we encountered, albeit a pretty big and expensive one! Our appointment here was prompt, well organised, friendly and efficient. Despite being told turnaround was 10-12 working days, our passports with visas arrived on day 4. Thank you to the super ladies here and to the service they facilitated.

   I had such a great experience in my last visit. Although it was incredibly busy with people coming from everywhere and staff seemed overwhelmed, all members of the VFS Belfast team were so gracious and courteous with their time. They were patient in their explanations and dealings with me and even if you forgot a document or misplaced something, they were willing to make arrangements for you to come back and sort it out on the same day. It is rare for these establishments to be so accommodating for clients and it truly was a refreshing and eye opening experience. Thank you VFS Belfast!
