   I have been living at an Elite rooms property for the past year. The house was clean and well maintained! Their viewing process was flexible to my schedule. Jennifer and Danielle were approachable, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had throughout. This great service continued throughout my tenancy where reported issues were fixed in a prompt and timely manner. I would recommend Elite Rooms as an agency, especially for those who are new to Belfast.

   We've been renting a 5-bed house through Elite Rooms for a year now, and it has been a great experience. When we first moved in, we were impressed by how well-furnished it was - everything from the living area, which was a great hanging out space, to a fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious backyard. The property always felt clean and modern. The staff are super friendly, easy to reach and always quick to respond to any questions or resolve concerns. Edit: They will never return your deposit even if the house is returned in the same condition that you received it in.

   I started renting with Elite Rooms at the end of August last year and I have had a great experience to date. The room was exactly as advertised and it was extremely clean. Any issues l have had so far have been resolved promptly and to a high standard. Finding a room was extremely hard for me but l would like to thank Wayne for his assistance and help. He prepared everything for me over a weekend when l have been rushing to find a place. He even assisted me when l was moving in. He has been exceptionally helpful. Therefore, my experience has been nothing but great. I would recommend Elite Rooms.

   Elite rooms is amazing! The room I stayed was perfect. Clean and cosy. I work remotely and it is just perfect. Wayne and Claire were always available for any issue in the apartment. A team regularly checked that everything was fine and safe in the apartment. I highly recommend this agency.

   As a property owner I have been using Elite Rooms for over 6 years now. They do an excellent job of maintaining and improving my property. They're very good at looking after everything so that I have very little to worry about. Michael and his team keep me informed and the rental is paid on time every month without fail. They are keen to work with me on any issues that arise such as inspections or gas and boiler installations. The property is always clean and well presented. I have the utmost confidence in them and would recommend them to any property owner looking for a stress free experience. I know also that for tenants they look after them well too.

   5 stars for professionalism and exceptional customer service. I've been looking for a decent room in south Belfast for the last two months. However, finding a good room has been extremely difficult. I contacted Danielle from the elite rooms; she's one of the nicest people I've met in the UK. She's so kind, patient, and helpful. I was very concerned about the room, but she went above and beyond to help me get room in a very good location. I can describe the entire process as top-notch in terms of quality and prompt service. Danielle is unquestionably an asset to this organisation, and her positive attitude and willingness to assist others is greatly appreciated.
