Arrived on time for appointment, however took 90 mins to be seen. For then to be told the exact same as the treatment centre. No fault of the staff but poor organisation from management
Just recently I had an achilles rupture and I was reffered to this clinic. I had to wait a bit for my first meeting with surgoen but that gave me the opportunity to see how fast these guys work to make everyone happy and sorted asap. From nurses to surgeons and physio everyone has been very helpfull. I was reassured I can have full recovery and I was happy to go home and do my bit to get fit. Thank you for your brilliant work.
