   WOULD RECOMMEND my daughter had a really severe ingrown toenail. She was in alot of pain & extremely nervous about visiting but was right away put at ease by the lovely reception staff. We first saw Mario who assessed her and recommended surgery. We were lucky to get in the following week with Ronnie. On the day Ronnie couldn’t have been better. I’m not going to lie and tell you it’s a pleasant procedure but once the anaesthetic is in it’s painless. It takes a while to heal but it’s been an absolute game changer. After suffering with it for so long it’s fantastic for her to be pain free. Anyone who is suffering with ingrown nails my advice is get them treated sooner rather than later, our mistake was leaving it too long to get it treated.

   I had an appointment with Marios and I couldn’t be more impressed. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I knew exactly what was going on and how to manage it. He was professional yet very friendly, which immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with genuine care for his patients, and he truly sets an amazing example of what a doctor should be. Highly recommend!

   Had an appointment today with Jess who was very professional and friendly, the process was very quick and each step was explained well. All staff were lovely and welcoming and made the entire process from start to finish very easy and made me feel relaxed and comfortable, I would definitely recommend We Fix Feet to others.

   With no real issues other than over 50 years of wear and tear I thought it time to give my feet some tlc. Ronnie was excellent giving my feet a full check up and service. They feel great. The whole appointment was relaxed, very friendly and well worth it.

   Honestly what a lovely team!! So helpful and kind. Obviously it wasn't exactly a comfortable treatment but they were as gentle as possible and really friendly!! Would 10/10 recommend Darren and the lovely receptionist!!

   My first review to this service after my first treatment was the following :"Service was on time. Did not have to wait a second. Staff was professional. polite and answered my questions promptly. I recommend this service." However, after my recent decond treatment my feelings towards the clinic Practice Manager and owner Dorothy are very much the opposite. When i had my first treatment I was informed by the person that performed my treatment that the following treatments (up to 4 in total) would remain the same price per session (£120), but for my unpleasant surprise I was charged £150 after the session! I was not even advised about the price raise! I telephoned the clinic and Sue kept interrompting me without letting me finish the reason for my call and explain why I felt I was being wrongfully being overcharged. I wrote a complaint letter to the owners and they replied that I was the one who was rude and went on saying I said words that I did not. Furthermore, they mention several times in the letter that I can cancel my next appointment as implying that I am wanted there! Both the professionals that performed my treatments were exceptional, but sadly the practice manager and owners are not. For that reason I will not give anymore money to that clinic!

   I had a bio-mechanical assessment with Steve who quickly diagnosed multiple issues, some of which I wasn’t even aware of. He explained everything very thoroughly and has made some insole and stretching recommendations for my treatment. The insoles demonstrated an immediate improvement in my walking and posture, so I am definitely looking forward to what else can be achieved after 6 months of routine exercise and some deep tissue massaging. Would highly recommend We Fix Feet

   My daughter had an appointment with Darren for her fungal nail infections and athletes foot (she’s always in the swimming pool). Darren and Sue were absolutely brilliant with her, putting her at ease and removing any self confidence issues she had about her feet. I was so impressed that on the first appointment Darren worked his magic in beginning the treatment process (I was only expecting a consultation so was delighted). My daughter feels so much better about her feet already and looks forward to working with Darren and the team for further progress. My sincere thanks to you both.
