Perfect place close to everything, room was lovely, bed was very comfy and room was a good size. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were on the ground floor in a busy city!

This place is amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Location is spot on, just a little noisy but to be expected at a weekend in the middle of Nottingham. One of my beds feels a little broken. We had 2 bed apartment with a kitchen and each bedroom had its own ensuite. The rooms are so spacious and impressive. Definitely look to come here again.
Great for the town centre You pretty much work from an app, gives codes to pick up keys, very good room was excellent.good for a city break, you can also book secure parking for £15 per day, well worth it
I stayed there from 28th October to 5th November. The stay was really nice. Entire caution deposit was release within one week from the last day of the stay. The room was neat and tidy. Proper lighting and heating was there in the room. I used the common laundry which was good too. The owners were polite and friendly throughout my stay. Only things I struggled was the check in process. It was bit difficult to find out the room key. Thats because I am new in UK. Except that everything was great.
The whole place needs renovating , especially for such a nice building and location. Mattress was absolutely awful, I couldn’t sleep and had such a back ache from the poor quality. I also couldn’t sleep from the loud banging from the room above (I was on the ground floor). None of the mugs were clean and towels were dirty. The floor mat for the shower needed washing and was noticeably dirty. I didn’t make the booking but to have the cheek to ask for a £150 deposit and charge £80 for a room is beyond me. AND pay for parking. There should be a car park around the back for a place like this! Common sense! The owner needs to self reflect and make some serious upgrades to the rooms, especially the beds! One of the most essential parts of a stay!! The mattress is that old I was literally just sleeping on the springs. If they need any help, in terms of renovation (interior design) don’t hesitate to contact me. I couldn’t help financially but I would be great guidance. Unfortunately I won’t be staying again, it’s really not worth a sleepless night.

Handy for Museum, Shopping, good Coffee shops and Restaurants nearby! Our apartment had two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The rooms were warm and cosy. There was a Kitchen and a lounge diner. Opposite there was a multi storey Car Park charging £15 for 24 hours. Which we felt was reasonable for a City Centre. The Apartment had a secure entrance!
