If you like a very dirty room, huge spiders and loud noise from guests who don’t have common sense then this is the place for you. The room was not even clean upon arrival it was shocking (even found blood on the walls and sick in the toilet brush holder) you really need to get better cleaners because you are paying them to do nothing, that’s if you have any. Was even greeted by a huge massive spider. A £150 hold charge is not great, when the room is left in a disgusting state from the previous guest. The very loud noise in the middle of the night should not be heard when there are other guest, it’s a good job you don’t allow young guest. If I could I would rate it 0 stars!

Great stay here at Dwell City Living! Flew in very earlier and notified the company if I could check-in early. They were very accommodating and got me in as soon as they were done cleaning. Highly recommend!! The room was very clean and had plenty of space. Quiet room overall.

I'm gonna be honest, this was one of the worst nights we ever had. The place is SO noisy. The bathroom vents whirring insanely loud we could hear it through our earplugs, and the other guests were so loud, we did not sleep a wink, had such a miserable experience and paid £100 for it. People stomping, shouting and slamming doors ALL NIGHT and no guardian or sign to tell them to be quiet. We also didn't have any bodywash provided despite what the listing said and only had 1 bag of tea lol. Do not recommend.

Great customer service. I’ve stayed here a few times and I’ve been really impressed when I’ve had queries, Jeff has been brilliant at sorting these out. In terms of the place it’s ideal if wanting to cook your own food with a small hob and fridge. Beds are great and all round a nice place to stay. Price reasonable too I’d say Only downside I’d say is the road noise if you are staying at the front of the property it can be quite loud.

Water Skincare ★☆☆☆☆
Over priced & undervalued. Broken tablet so had to keep putting it on charge & not good sky TV. Found a pair of socks in bedside cabinet. Was dusty everywere under the bed the worst. Never left good cleaning products. The bathroom door is broken. No staff member on site also cleaners walking in to room wile getting ready. Should put the damaged payment amount higher up on the booking page. Than in the information at the bottom.

Nice room, modern and convenient. We had a bit of hiccup with the elevator but was dealt with quite quickly, despite the whole premise is fully automated.

Clean comfortable room, easy to access, right on Canning Circus with a short walkdown into the city centre. Effectively a small kitchen available if you wanted to prepare food.

Really good. A five minute walk from the city centre but it can be a tad tricky to spot on your first attempt. Safe entrance through a code system. The room has a small kitchenette which could be really handy if you're staying a couple of nights. Clean rooms, decent vibe, and a good price. We parked in aw pay park a short walk away - no bother. Well recommended

Had a great couple of days, easy and quick check in, place is clean and with a very good air-conditioning system. High tech room controlled via tablets. Friendly and welcoming staff
