I am feeling blessed to be treated by Dr. Kumar. So experienced and caring kind person to get the job done with ease. At first, I was so scared but as soon as I went through the process it all made me distracted and I felt less pain through the process. All nurses are so kind caring non-judgemental.
Came in last week for a scan and to collect the medication I needed. I wasn’t expecting to be treated so kindly and respectfully that it genuinely surprised me. The nurse who helped me made sure to ask all of my boundaries, whether I wanted to see screens or not and didn’t make me feel judged for any of my answers or my questions. Incredible service, really reinforced that everything I was doing was perfectly fine and my choice.
I took my friend on wednesday to the clinic, my friend is young so she was so nervous as she hadn’t experienced anything like this before, the workers at this clinic are the most caring, proffessional, genuine people i have ever met, and to manage to bring light and kindness to such a scary situation is honestly amazing. they supported my friend in every way possible and let me be there with her through the whole process, i know that she felt at ease as the people who cared for her were supportive and informative at every step of the way, and all went above and beyond to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. I know that people who do these kind of jobs never get enough recognition, but honestly i just want to say thankyou, i know my friend felt as comfortable as she could have done, nothing was too much, again, thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
