Took my partner there today, lovely place, but please leave plenty of time as parking is near impossible anywhere within and outsite of area. As a first timer, i ended up parking in a residential area, so expect a ticket.Now i know there is a 20 mins drop off, so best to leave partner and pick up later
Amazing service - so fast and unbelievably friendly and reassuring. As someone else said, every person manages to make a really stressful experience so much easier.
I just wanted to say what a positive experience I had on Wednesday, it was my first screening (now I have reached that age) and I cant praise the young lady that looked after me with my appointment highly enough! She was extremely polite and patient with me (and was able to put up with me and my terrible nervous jokes and comments lol) and above all she was extremely professional and kind and made an experience I was dreading that much easier. She explained each step to ensure I knew what was happening and why and gave me plenty of time so I didn't feel at all rushed and to my detriment I am afraid I didn't catch her name but wanted to post a positive comment on here as she made me feel completely at ease so a huge massive 'thank you' to her and also a little shout out to the lovely ladies in the waiting room at the same time, you were all lovely too :) xx
Excellent care from start to finish. Was seen, investigated and out of the clinic within 40 minutes. Everything explained fully with care and compassion. After recently had a poor unrelated NHS experience, my fairh was restored by these dedicated, lovely staff. Thank you x
Attended a follow up appointment at City hospital, from walking through the door I was looked after so well by the team seeing six professionals during the appointment. At all stages all was explained to me and time was not rushed so I felt I could ask questions. I took a funny turn after one of my procedures, the staff were amazing during this time, even fetching a fan. Nobody wants to receive the recall letter but I can honestly say trust the staff, they are lovely and have you at the heart of what they do.

I have only praise for the service provided at the Nottingham Breast Institute. The staff were kind and supportive, they have a very well organised system, which gets you through the process as quickly as possible. There was some waiting around, but nothing more than you would expect. Well done team and keep up the good work, and thank you.
They were rude. I felt like I was an impostor because I didn't know where my cysts were. I was told they don't scan the whole breast They couldn't get rid of me fast enough.
Went to my appointment kept getting told all my symptoms where because of me being pregnant despite the fact I told her over 5 times I’ve had them before I was pregnant, yet she was very dismissive. Awful place
