Staff is super helpful. She made sure I was comfortable with my glasses 100% before I left and made sure I Know I can always come back if I feel like something is wrong. I have been going to QMC as I have had CSR for 17years. I haven’t seen the point of going to get my eyes tested with the condition. But as I have stopped going to QMC as they can’t help me they told me to go and get my eyes tested every year. I thought my CSR was getting worst but it turned out I do need reading glasses and long distance glasses. I just wish I had done it sooner. Everyone I came across was helpful polite and on time if not before time which was a pleasant experience. Brooke did the photography which was well explained. The eye test was done by Usman who knew and understood about CSR which was a great relief. Lucy was a great help in helping me choose my glasses and all the options available. She was very good at explaining with no pressure. Carly was great fitting my glasses and making sure all was well and as it should be on collection. All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
Good service, good prices. On first app there was alot of people, but there is always staff around ensuring you have been attended. Vision check was straightforward. Only one I didn’t like, as after seeing optician, who recommended to upgrade my glasses, she left it on desk and I wad wondering around for good 1/2 h till I came to desk asking what would be next step. Staff helped me to choose frame with honest opinion. On collection, the staff member was very meticulous to ensure I have perfect fit

Went to pick up my glasses to replace the ones that were too dark &arms too long stuck out like extended ears. this should have been picked up at selection time! the person I got was no more interested in helping me they couldn't have made it more obvious.after telling her I had vision problems could she help me choose as I couldn't see without my glasses walks off tells me to browse???comes back asking if I'd chose a pair when I ask again for help walked off to attend someone else ! Come on what's that all about are these at soecsavers not able to help?I finally picked a pair decided on a tint no information whether they would be OK for me or not just informed me I'd have to pay to have tint removed if I didn't get on with them due to already had have my present ones exchanged really ?? I just hope when I return someone will be good enough to help
Called in yesterday for my 2nd appointment after through my own fault as the build up of coal dust and hair had been allowed to build up over the years. The young lady that dealt with my problem was a true professional and endeavoured to relieve my problem with no discomfort or pain. I would certainly recomend and will be calling back for a follow up visit thanks again great job.
Excellent customer service. Great helpful staff. They are happy to give advice, and always explain about costings and any offers that are available.
I don't think I will be going there again for my eye test and glasses Felt very rushed in making a decision told I could only have a discount if I bought 2 pairs. Not a great experience
