   I ordered 2 sideboards back in May 2024 and was told they would be delivered in 6 weeks. I have contacted Customer Services and Newtownards on a number of occasions as to the whereabouts of my order and get the same excuse each time. My patience has run out and I will be now be taking legal advice to recoup my deposit. I am very disappointed, I would prefer to support local businesses but this is beyond ridiculous. The staff are very polite, but that doesn't cut it when you have paid a deposit and they do not fullfil their contract with you.

   A new living room suite and coffee table were ordered & paid for on 12th March, with a projected delivery of 4-6 weeks. In week 9 they were contacted for an update, & I was told that it would be at least another 4 weeks. Following their refusal to provide me with my requested full refund, which I am entitled to under consumer rights legislation, HPF are in breach of the contract & I am now taking action via my bank.

   2 and 3 seater suite bought last August. Delivered last week but 3 seater wouldn't go in door. Had to get glazier to get front window removed to get it in. I was told by van driver and person in shop when I called in a few days later that it was my fault. In shop it was pointed out what's on invoice that I should have measured door and suite. As most customers don't buy suites all that often I would have thought that the sales person (who looked at my invoice and said that particlar suite didn't)who sells them on a very regular basis would have pointed out that that particular model didn't fit in a normal door. Glad I didn't live in an apartment.

   I popped in to this store on the off chance and ended up getting new furniture!! There was so much to choose from and the staff couldn't have done enough for me, especially the store manager. As a whole, I would throughly recommend this store, from the amazing deals and wide range of home decor and furniture. There's such a wide range to choose from I was lost for choice. The staff were so helpful! I'll definitely be back.

   Bought dinning table and chairs, absolutely perfect match, delivered on time, this led to a new sofa and TV unit, book case nest of tables and cabinet for living room absolutely love the furniture, felt very looked after throughout. Delivery guys where efficient and polite 100% recommend houseproud for customer service and value for money.

   Great range of furniture, recently bought a table and 6 chairs. When it was delivered I found a couple of flaws in the table top and edges. No problem, they changed it after scanning their shops for a new one the same. Prices are great.

   Excellent home furnishings shop featuring furniture for every room in the house. Competitive pricing and good sales discount. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to navigate through the store. No pushy sales pressure to buy. Excellent range of sofas, beds, tables, lamps, artwork etc. Worth a visit you will not be disappointed! On street parking directly outside (although can be busy) but a great pay and display car park a few mins walk away at the end of the street.
