   On 1/9/25, I received a phone call from one of the employees in regards to a payment for a kitchen table. The staff member said I owed them £99 to finish the payment however I had already paid this the previous week. After back and forth about the payment, I had repeatedly told the staff member that I have the receipts and told her the EXACT dates they were paid and the exact amount, however, the female staff member did not listen, and in fact, insisted that I was wrong and I must pay £99, in which I became very irritated and stressed as she would not listen to the information and proof that I am providing her. Further more, she then began addressing me by my name as if I was a child and told again I was wrong as she had the receipts in front of her. I then told the clerk that I am coming down to the store in person to discuss the matter, however, the clerk thought she had the right to tell me, a paying CUSTOMER, to not come down to the store and again insisted on the payment for £99. This infuriated and distressed me causing high blood pressure and an anxiety attack. Again, I told her I am coming down to the store with the evidence in person and AGAIN she said NO, don't come to the store! I visited the store in person and showed them the evidence and the clerk said she knows, she sent me a text to say she found the receipts, there was no apology in person, except in the message, there was no care what so ever. I cannot believe I was subjected to such lack of customer care or consideration, and then being treated in such manner then told I am not to come to the store to SHOW EVIDENCE of the payment I had already made to the company for the kitchen table that I was expecting to be delivered that day. The lack of professionalism over the phone was uncalled for and it really affected me, as a paying customer, I do not deserve such disrespect from a store clerk especially being told NO when I mentioned about coming to the store in person to show evidence.

   6 month old sofa ripped at the seams.... chair sat on a handful of times.... Customer service and after care terrible. Avoid this company. I voiced my concerns on fb.... naturally they deleted my comment and blocked me from making further posts.....
