   Worst company ever don’t buy from here!!!!! Ordered a 400£ wardrobe and it was too big for my home and they only have a 14 days return policy. I’m 18 with a 1 year old baby and I had made a mistake with measurements and they refused to take the wardrobe back even though it was unopened and out of the box and left me short on money over cheirmas and I still don’t have a wardrobe for my home. It’s led to so many issues over cheirmas with money and living in a home with clothes piled on the floor the company had absolutely no compassion or help for the situation and wouldn’t take the wardrobe back even under 30 days. Horrible horrible company don’t ever buy from here STAY CLEAR

   Good experience overall. Sofa took a while to be delivered but when it arrived the quality and effort Thomas made to guarantee that i was satisfied with it were unreal! I am taking up a star because of delay on delivery as they said 2 weeks and it took 3 weeks.

   First order made while we were in store watching it go onto big PC screen...never got processed. Months later second order placed. While outside putting through a card payment I asked the delivery guy if the wrapped sofas needed installed or feet fitted. He said ready to go. He went in to check with my wife and then we discovered there were feet to go on. Different for sofa and occasional chair. He said just need a drill and not part of the service. After he left I discovered no instructions how to install. The occasional chair had screw in legs, the screws being a bigger size than the hole. The sofa no idea. Rang their phone line and Maureen from the overseas call centre said there should be instructions. I said there were none. She said she would get the store to call me. Two days later still waiting.

   The salesman Dee on the Ravenhill Road was very professional. The choice of furniture and other household items are excellent. Markm the delivery guy and his helper were both very efficient, polite and very clean workers I did have an issue with customer service though

   Bought slide robes on Friday were delivered on Monday they kept me up to date on delivery. Came out with his fellow worker did a brilliant job cleaned up afterwards very happy with service I received highly recommend love furniture 10 out of 10
