   I was looking for a comfortable high quality suite for some time before I discovered Keens.l was really taken with their 3 floors of beautiful high quality furniture. I resolved to look no further & buy from Keens. My first experience of their customer service was with Peter. An absolute gentleman, very knowledgeable, patient & professional who helped me choose a suite. Admittedly I was a somewhat challenging customer and changed my mind a few times.On subsequent visits to the store I had the pleasure of meeting Denise & Brian who were extremely friendly, helpful, understanding & attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable & professional & really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I had an absolutely excellent experience with Keens & would not hesitate to recommend this company & their staff. Many thanks to all the team for their patience & support during my journey.

   Returning customers, have been buying for keens for years, sofas, beds kitchen tables.. Today we just took delivery of our sliding wardrobe, it's amazing! I have to say also the the staff are top quality too, from the sales staff to the delivery guys and fitters, I would not hesitate to recommend and we will be returning again soon. Thank you.

   We had searched in many furniture stores for a living room suite, found one we liked, still searched on. When we called into Keens we met Denise who was first class, friendly and so helpful. We decided to go ahead and purchase a suite. We returned the next week to confirm and make any alterations and place our deposit. Denise was off and Paul went through everything with us. Paid deposit. Returned next day to change a couple of things. Both Denise and Paul were there ,no problems Excellent experience from start to finish, beautiful shop and great staff.

   A tremendous store with top quality furniture and reasonably priced. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, Peter who dealt with me was exceptional. A total professional, he demonstrated a sound knowledge of the products I wanted to buy, was extremely helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. This positive and accommodating attitude was evident throughout the store as I spoke to several other departments. My only regret, I wish I would have known that Keens was so good before I had bought 2 Natussi sofas elsewhere. Note to self, Keens are now definitely at the top of my preferred furniture stores.

   Excellent customer service from Sylvia who stayed after the shop had closed to help with our queries. Lovely furniture. Delivery was extremely good too. The 2 guys, both called Chris were so helpful, came within the 2 hour slot and phoned before hand. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
