   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If there was an option to do 0 stars, i would have done. They falsely advertised on their website and sent out a bed that was different to the one online. It had an extra support leg that is a trip hazard and is NOT shown in photos on website. Wanted to return it but had torn up some of the packaging and after 20 emails I was told that it had to be in original packaging. The bed is flimsy, and already, after only 2 months the middle support has buckled. Cannot get through to someone on phone and now have disassembled bed and ordered from another company. The quality is dreadful. Kind advice to all… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

   It took me a while to get through to customer service, but spoke to Rohit who was very helpful and gave me the option I wanted which was to pay cash on delivery, there was no option to do that on the website for republic customers. I was reluctant to pay anyy money until I saw the product as a lot of the reviews aren't great I ordered the Joseph trio bed for my grand daughters and it was delivered to the republic of Ireland within a week . The bed was well packaged and all present and correct and lovely. Delivered by Mario , and the house is a bungalow .

   Disaster from the start, if I could give a minus 5 stars I would. When order placed it says 10 working days for delivery and I would be contacted 48 hours before to arrange delivery time. According to their own terms the bed should have been delivered on 20th of February. I tried ringing over 20 times and no one answers the phone. Rang the shop in the North to be told he couldn’t help me to keep trying the office. I tried emailing several times, Facebook messages the lot and no reply. Eventually got a call on the 20th saying delivery would be Monday the 26th. A couple of hours later get another call to tell me it will be 29th February. Asked for a delivery time window and was told they would call me 2 days beforehand. Surprise surprise no call. Again tried calling, emailing and Facebook messages and no response. On Thursday the driver eventually called to say he was 30 minutes away. Nearly 2 hours later he arrived. I questioned the colour when he arrived and he said no it’s silver even though I said it looks cream / brown in the packing. Needless to say when the bed was unpacked this morning in daylight the bed is cream / brown and not grey as ordered. Again tried contacting them on phone to no answer so another email sent but I don’t hold any hope on getting a reply let alone a resolution / the colour I ordered.

   Avoid at all costs!!!! I have never experienced such awful customer service. I ordered two super king divan bed bases and they were all faulty with the dust lining frayed and torn from the base. After a week of trying to contact customer service I have received sporadic and inconsistent responses, with some agents telling me that they'll send out new liner for me to staple it on myself and others saying that I could cut the lining off. It's absurd. I strongly doubt I will get my money back. I really hope others can learn from my experience. Do NOT buy from this company!! If could give zero stars I would!
