Very poor customer services i would strongly advise people not to shop there took a watch back and they said they would refund me but didnt please stay well clear they just fob you off with anything very very poor customer services so would strongly reccomend staying away and save your money
I had very bad experience there Bad service The staff is rude If they say something to you they won’t be in their words or if your English is not good they won’t even care about you I have seen someone spoken to a man like he is nothing. so racist. Not recommended at all.
Horrendous attitude when I enquired about buying an iPad they had for sale on their website. (Cash Convertors). Arrogant, insulting and sarcastic. By far the worst response from any seller on eBay in my twenty years dealing on the auction website. I would have complained had there been a Head Office to complain to, but it appears most CC operations are franchises and so there’s little or no point. I didn’t think there were any retail outlets operating like this these days!
Really helpful, friendly & kind staff members. Had major issues with my phone where I couldn’t use it for months, and they managed to sort it for me! Resulting in me literally crying with happiness… couldn’t rate them highly enough. Thankyou!
The lady employee is fine, very polite and helpful, however, the rest of the workforce including the manager need to work on customer experience!
I had lovely staff there but sadly they don't test items out. I brought a phone recently and was told about a broken camera, I was fine with it was all it was, was a crack and didn't affect performance at all. However, I was not warned that the top of the screen doesn't work, the touch screen that is. This means I can't drag the notification bar down but I have found a way around this issue, but I wish I was warned about this issue. I believe this is due to inefficient testing of products.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!They sell items that are an absolute danger for your family health and safety, and the manager just doesn't care and refuse any returns!! I will report this danger to HSE, if you receive similar attitude from them just DO NOT ACCEPT IT, speak with a solicitor! The manager's attitude was so flegmatic that is out of this world!!! BEWARE!!!
Brought an xbox-one from here for over £140 young sales assistant girl very generous and polite and well mannered. I got it home it was not working properly. Sow l taken it back the following morning same girl who served me the day before was behide the till told her the situation l was in and asked her for a full refund. I was generally disgusted how she spoke to me saying that l tampered with it or something and refused to give me back a refund. I ask the other member of staff at the other counter and gave me a very poor response l felt that used and upset buy them l left in horror and disgust. Sold the Xbox at another cash generators and got my money back but lost £50 thanks to the place l brought it from. I felt sow low all day because of how awful they ill treated me. Never shopped in there site and never again l will eathier. I suggest two other customers you use the other cash Converters that way if your a product is faulty or broke and they won't accuse you and not give you a full refund.
I have never had any issues with this store before until today. I am extremely annoyed. I wanted to renew an item over the phone yesterday but for some reason my card payment wouldn't go through so the gentleman asked if I could come in store today. Unfortunately I couldn't get there so I tried to renew again over the phone and the lady said I would have to pay an additional charge. I was never told I would have to pay a charge yesterday. And to be honest I feel like iv been done over as I wanted to renew it yesterday and it was clearly not my fault. So very annoyed!!!
