   Overall my experience with elite lets was okay, nothing special, nothing extremely awful. The quality of furniture we were provided with when moving was very poor and broke within a week which we had to pay for. Also, the maintenance team took a while to respond to any issues we had. On the flip side, rooms were spacious and place was clean when moving in, that’s about it.

   Firsty, this is not a fake account! I’m not sure why that name comes up and I have unsuccessfully tried to change it. My name is Kirsty Leach and I just want to give any parents out there of young people a serious warning to please not rent though this company. I wish I could attach the photos on here of the property my daughter and her friends rented. It was not fit to live in. I note it is still being advertised through Elite Let’s despite them knowing the state of the house. After reporting to the council we managed to get their deposits back and get them out of the house. This was only agreed if I removed my previous Google review, until I removed it they would not pay a penny back even though the house was inhabitable. I think that’s pretty unethical and demonstrates their integrity. It was the most stressful experience and the house was absolutely vile. I have never seen anything like the mould growing in the basement. The whole place stank and the kitchen you would never be wanting to cook in. The fridge absolutely stank too. Please take my advice and do not rent through them. Their response to this will be they had to call the police on me. I am ashamed to say it’s true. When I saw the house I went to the agency with photos. I was devastated at having to leave my daughter in that place and was really upset. They refused to even look at the photos, said not their problem as that property was LET ONLY. They had no morals and did not care about the state of the house. Said it was the students fault for signing the contact!!! They wouldn’t even look at the photos to help us and I refused to leave the shop until they looked at them. When the police men saw the photos they said their mums would have done the same and were extremely sorry for us and our daughter. That is the honest truth. We have taken this up with environmental health in the hope that no one else ends up in this property in its current state. Please avoid at all costs.
