Needed a new fridge freezer (integrated) worried there would be a problem finding one to fit. Mik looked at photos of current one, checked my measurements and found a Blomberg model that would fit. Delivery a week later, super guys fitted very quickly and removed old one and all rubbish. Greatful thanks for all help.
Very knowledgeable and helpful for parts on my washing machine motor. Also very fairly priced and friendly and helpful staff.
Booked for a repair at the beginning of the week was told the guy will ring me before he comes. Said that’s someone would be in all day and then when rang the guy to check he said it will be between 4/6 staying I had school runs too in Friday traffic said he was waiting 15mins when it wasn’t as I have a doorbell camera the guys at the shop was helpful the gentleman in the morning. But just abit annoying as they have the information of someone in all day and then there not proper communication.
My 1st time of ordering a new Samsung washing m/c from Greys on Aspley Lane, Nottm. I originally was going to buy from John Lewis until they told me I had to disconnect my old washer & pull it out myself or they would not remove it !!!!!. Great & helpful customer service from the shop & two lovely, pleasant helpful delivery guys disconnected & installed my new one. Cannot fault & will definitely buy my next electrical appliance from them. 10/10
An absolute pleasure to use this shop, The staff couldnt be more be helpful, They seemed detirmined to resolve the issue i had with a part and the part was very in expensive. Breath of fresh air ! Thanks guys.

Wanted a small under the counter freezer. I ordered online. The freezer is basic which is to be expected considering the price. The service was great. The delivery guys friendly and helpful.
Always seem to have what you need and if not can always get hold of it or advise on how to. Good customer service.
