Have used Bespoke twice now for two different areas of our home. Highly recommend. The service provided by Maria is second to none. Maria has an incredible talent of capturing the customers ideas and bringing them to life. Her knowledge of interior design is impeccable and her ability of putting things together is outstanding. She made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Neidin the curtain expert also deserves a mention for the wonderful job she did of the finishing touches.
Great experience with Belfast bespoke sofas. We gave Joe our ideas and he was quick to reply with a quote and estimated time. He made the booth seating to the exact specifications needed and the result was even better than we had expected. We would definitely use this service again!
Do not go to this shop I bought 2 sofas and they were overfilled Joe was so unhelpful he just wanted my money and Angela the girl in the shop tried to please me but she actually admitted the sofas were wrongly made. While I had gone back to the shop a lady said to me isn’t the sofas in this shop beautiful I told her I didn’t agree. So Angela got the police to ring me how pathetic the police advised me to go legally they were soo lovely. Do not believ a word they say …
I had 3 sofas originally purchased from Rankins, Great Victoria Street, Belfast no longer in business. They had been over 30 years old and initially I was going to dispose of them and buy new furniture but I heard from a friend that I should look at having them reupholstered. I called at Carryduff Upholstery and was told it would be no problem at all to have them reupholstered. I was asked to visit Bespoke Sofas which is where all the bespoke furniture is displayed along with a number of home furnishings and accessories. Maria greeted myself and chatted through my ideas and thoughts. Within a couple of days she had come back to me with material choices. The whole process was such a wonderful experience. Even when my sofas had been ready earlier than I had expected as the room had not been fully decorated or carpet laid, keeping the sofas for another couple of weeks had not been any problem. I had a further consultation with Maria who guided me in the choice of scatter cushions which are simply amazing. Joe personally delivered these to my home and arranged them for me. The transformation of my lounge is simply stunning. Still to completely finish it with pictures etc but I love it. Would highly recommend this company.
This is the second time I’ve had a sofa made from bespoke sofa studio and on both occasions I’ve had a great experience from beginning to end. Nadeen went through what I wanted in the showroom and Joe discussed and tweaked the design which I was really happy about. My sofa was delivered today and we were really pleased with it. Couldn’t be happier! Even the delivery drivers were professional from beginning to end. Thank you everyone that worked on it!
We visited Bespoke Sofa Studio to pick material for the suite that Carryduff Upholstery were going to cover for us. We arrived and Maria approached us and asked if she could assist us. We explained our circumstances and from that Maria showed us a range of materials and colours both on display in the shop and in swatch books. Maria's advice, time and patience guided us to our final choice. We woud like to express our thanks to Maria and the other members of staff for all their help.
Terrible service. Promised they could do the job. Agree with previous post intimidated to pay up a large amount of money for sofa which was poor quality returned then threatened I was going to be changed for storage. Basically left £4,000 worse off and sofa fit for the skip 8 months later. Example blue sofa with large ugly beige color zips, was told I didn't request matching zips. Unbelievable!!! Seat cushions a mess lump's everywhere no matter what I do won't level out don't fit the sofa frame Don't go to this company as you will be bullied and intimidated and lied to and take your money and not deliver what they promised. Horrible people.wisk I had seen previous post from Maura M before I placed my order. Agree with her. nasty response from proprietor. I would give this company no stars

Disappointed - ripped stitching on scatter cushions, faulty zips that had to be returned 5 times and my daughter being intimidated and sworn at on the shop floor by Mr Devlin. I do not recommend this business.
