This review is aimed specifically at thanking Georgina Naylor of Leaders who always goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with the service provided and the overall outcome. She schedules notes and reminders, ensuring that accurate and punctual communication is maintained throughout your dealings with her. Whether that is a property maintenance issue, or pointing someone in the right direction when a property is due to be re-let, etc. I’ve always found Georgina to be proactive, whilst being friendly and polite throughout all my dealing with her. Obviously, team work, makes the dream work but Georgina has proved to me over many years with dealing with Leaders that individuals do stand out and provide clients with exceptional customer service. Found leaders to be a terrible company to be buying a house from. I found most of the sales staff very kind friendly and approachable. And we were able to book viewings with no issues. After finding the house we like contact was regular and good. Until they par you off to a external sales representative. They will also force you to pay for your own money laundering checks from a 3rd party company this is normally paid for by the estate agents. And the fee was quite frankly outrageous for it. After taking this up with the manager can't remember who my have been from the derby city centre branch I was told quote "they are ahead of the game" I found on further viewings closer to completion to be very rushed and we couldn't spend the time we really needed as the agents always seemed to be in a rush to get off somewhere. Overall I wish the house was for sale from another company but hey we got the house! The end process was smooth I feel the issues lie with the upper management as most of the sales team are great. my low star review mainly stems from the additional costs we faced as buyers which I feel were unnecessary.
I've had absolutely fantastic service from Leaders from the very beginning. Kirsten came out to value my property, and she was knowledgeable in her field, knew the market, the area, and who to market the property to. She explained the process clearly and the fees are explained upfront - Leaders are transparent with everything which is refreshing. The photos and details were booked in quickly, the photographer was efficient and once published the marketing details looked incredibly professional and really showed the house in its best light. The viewings were booked in with consideration for my own schedule, and all the viewers had clearly been vetted beforehand. The offer process has handled professionally and as a result I achieved £6k over asking within a week of it being on the market. The sales process is being handled with efficiency and professionalism by Janette, their sales progression manager. Some estate agents don't have sales progression as standard so it it nice to have someone other than my solicitors keeping me updated. In short, Leaders Residential are fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone! I'd especially like to thank Kim the branch manager who is also excellent, as well as Lisa and everyone else in the office I've spoken to.
I had a great virtual viewing with Jade Scarrott today at short notice due to a cancellation as a result of COVID. Despite the odd technical hitch, she was a delight to deal with and gave a very informative, yet honest viewing of the property. I would highly recommend!

Sarah dealt with my application from the start and I have also had contact with all of the ladies in the referencing department and everyone has been great. The customer service is fantastic! Leaders have been absolutely brilliant. They have helped my fiance and I find our first home, even with the added trouble of us having a dog. The staff were always friendly and easy ti talk to. They have answered all of my questions and responded to my calls and emails really quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone.
Leaders manage a number of properties on my behalf and have always offered me an excellent service. Jenny Underhill has been very kind in offering invaluable advice on any works that need to be done at each property and also on the level of rent that can be achieved. Due to this assistance I have never had a vacant property for more than 10 days, so I am a very happy landlord.
