We like going to big screen films. I do find Odeon very expensive. No student discount, ticket prices are too much. I tend to go to Nottingham were the prices are much cheaper and the same film experience if not better.

Odeon is always a great place to visit! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the cinema rooms are always clean and well looked after, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The only downside is that the food and drinks are quite expensive — but apart from that, it’s an amazing place to watch a film. The atmosphere is great, and you can always count on a comfortable and enjoyable movie experience.

It's a lovely, comfortable cinema with spacious and comfortable seating, making for a really pleasant movie-going experience. We were greeted on the way in by friendly staff, and it's a nice touch having a Costa in the foyer for a proper coffee before the film albeit expensive. The only real downside is the price of the food and drink, which is to be expected at a cinema. £7 for a large popcorn and £5 for a soft drink is a bit steep, so be prepared for that! On the plus side, there is plenty of free parking available, which is a big bonus and makes getting there hassle-free. Overall, a great cinema for a comfortable and enjoyable night out.

First time visiting for an Imax film. Staff were really, really nice; they even told me when I could enter the screening room when I was waiting outside, which I'd never experienced before. Seats were great, had a slight issue with the wrong version of the film being played but they fixed it really quickly.

I've watched many movies in this theater, but I've never been impressed with the sound quality, nor have my friends. We've even complained about the poor sound quality during movies, and they've simply told us it's the recommended sound settings. In my experience, the sound quality has been really poor. It's disappointing that they don't seem to be bothered about improving it. Especially during non English language movies.

We went with vouchers for our tickets to see a movie in the IMAX. Almost every seat was booked, so the only ones available were the most expensive recliners. Luckily, we had those vouchers, as the seats cost just £5 each with them. If we didn't have them, we would have paid over £20 each. The cinema was also was half empty, so no idea why it said all the seats were booked. The popcorn and drinks wasn't too expensive, but if they want more people to actually go then having more films (even if it's just anniversary showings for older movies, especially in 3D as that's always better in cinema) and drop the prices of the seats. I would go more often if getting a seat wasn't so expensive, and the choice of movies wasn't so lacklustre

I went to see Elf at Mansfield Odeon with my 7 year old great niece. A very pleasant young man greeted us as we came through the front doors. He helped me book tickets which cost £22 for the 5pm showing of the film. The seats were comfortable and it was pleasantly warm in the cinema. We had already bought popcorn, snacks and drinks at the supermarket earlier in the day. The film was fantastic and we both laughed and cried throughout the film. A great night out!

Easy parking, good film, I booked online but booked the wrong location, it took the staff 2 minutes to sort it out and issue new tickets. Comfortable seats in screen 5. All staff pleasant and on our way out a stop at Costa for a delightful coffee and a discussion regarding the film. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was that it was cold in the theatre.

Really nice cinema based on the older comfier premier seats. Great locations and easy free parking with a couple of restaurants situated outside. Lots of choice on food/drink and quite reasonably priced. We opted for a large Popcorn, it was massive and we couldn’t finish it. Staff were nice and friendly.

Odeon Cinema situated on a Mansfield retail park close to the football ground. Good location for parking, being in a retail park means there are plenty of frer parking spaces available. I didn't see any EV charging points in the area on this visit. Disabled spaces available right outside, everything is at ground level so no need for stairs or lifts. Inside was bright and fresh looking, no litter, stains or smells to put you off. Staff were all smart in appearance, very polite and professional. Food courts are available as you enter, there are also food outlets on the retail park itself. I was in screen 6 for this visit on a Sunday afternoon. The screen and sound was good quality, seating area was clean and tidy, around 160 seating capacity, 5 under covers as these were unavailable to use. Booking for this venue was easily done online, picking the film, time slot, seating and payment was done in under 5mins. Confirmation was via an email. The QR code was shown to the attendant on entry and they directed me to the screening area. The seating area is lettered at floor level and seating numbers are on the headrest or folded seats. Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.
