During lockdown wanted to support local businesses. I bought which to me was an expensive but good quality office chair. It came with a 5 yr guarantee. At the time of purchase I was given all the documents and told if I had any issues in the next five years to contact them and they would sort it out. Unfortunately my office chair developed a fault so I contacted via phone and email with details and pictures. The response was sorry we don't use that supplier anymore so contact them directly! Difficult as they are based in Germany and don't respond to my email
