   Came here with a new puppy and the service was excellent. Every vet we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly and you've never feel rushed. There's loads of really good advice and it's very clean inside. Would happily recommend this vet to anybody looking for a friendly service with lots of information and helpful advice.

   I cannot rate Vets4Pets Shelfield highly enough, 10 stars wouldn't be enough! From the moment you walk through the door you and your pets are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I love that they always put our animals welfare first and they take extra care to make them comfortable as well as treating them medically. Our cat, Ten was always extremely anxious about going to see a vet but now he loves his appointments, Pierce is his absolute favourite. Check out the photo and see how chilled Ten is sitting on the scales! Thank you Pierce for curing Tens stubborn ear infection and for being so considerate of me being so emotional over my poorly 14yr old cat. Thank you to all the staff at Vets4Pets Shelfield, you are all absolute Stars! Pierce is also my daughter's dog's favourite, she was happy really

   We recently had to have our beautiful 16 year old cat put to sleep. Lola received excellent care from Sally and the Team over the last 9 years. When the time came to say goodbye, the staff were empathetic, patent and kind. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

   Thank you so much for your care to Charlie after he was hit by a bus unexpected just before Xmas. He’s up and walking! Taking his time but on the mend after only a couple of days. Thank you for seeing us in the emergency and for all your reassurance and for keeping us informed.

   My 7 month old Cocker Spaniel dug up a hibernating toad and I could not be certain she had not ingested parts of it. I know they release chemicals that can be harmful to dogs and can be fatal. I called the receptionist, she came back to me quickly whilst I was on the phone, told me to bring my dog in within next 30 mins which I did. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving, the nurse was kind and the vet was amazing, very nice to my dog leaving her with a wagging tail so that the experience for her wasn't that bad at all considering they had to inject her to make her sick. The receptionist couldn't do enough for me. Overall, an emergency that was swiftly dealt with and my mind put to rest. I will claim off my pet insurance (that's what it is for). I was given some old cloths and puppy pads for the back seat of my car, everyone went the extra mile and whilst vets are not anyone's favourite place my experience was very reassuring as an owner.

   Took my rescue kitten to be neutered here and they were so good. 2 days later and you can't even see the wound, it was that neat and clean. They even rang to check he was feeling okay the next day and offered loads of advice during his discharge. Super impressed and very glad we decided to use you guys.
