    A family member went here and it was a pretty odd experience. The communications tended to be a bit officious and snippy, the welcome itself was pretty cold, the waiting area felt fairly tatty and had a filthy coffee area, the consultant barely spoke to my family member and the overall ‘conveyor belt’ experience felt indifferent to the fact that the people being treated are human beings not objects. Strongly suggest a root and branch review of customer communications and visitor experience.

    Had an appointment with dermatologist Hari Reddy. Was there via the NHS to check possible melanoma. Shirt off, five seconds later shirt back on and without looking at me tells me to pick up a leaflet where everything will be explained. Out the door within two minutes. Probably charges the NHS over £200 for his precious two minutes. Just coasting through the appointments…

    I had wrist surgery this morning at the Orthoderm Clinic and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout — I felt well looked after at every stage. The surgery itself was carried out with great skill and I’m already feeling confident in the results. I would highly recommend Orthoderm to anyone in need of treatment. A first-class service.

    Pretty poor administrative follow up from doctor. It's a neutral review for the actual clinic, they were helpful and understanding in trying to resolve our issue but they really need to have some accountability around the unprofessional attitude of the doctor we were dealing with. My wife went to see about her thyroid. We needed receipts in order to process our health care claim. After several emails we got a reply and an apology (if you're too busy on the wards I suggest you cut down your private work so you can offer a half decent service). The provided receipt wasn't sufficient for the medical insurance. Any follow up to this was ignored. We asked for contact details of the doctor and were given some 0800 number of a company in England, who seemed to know nothing of his so-called secretary.

    Very disappointed and angry by the procedure I got there for dark age spots on my face..sent by my doctor. Wasnt warned by the consulant I would end up with blisters and burns..I would never have agreed to this treatment if it had been explained properly to me..when I spoke to the consulant yesterday she tried to tell me she explained this..lies

    Very nice, modern clinic with plenty of parking. I was taken early for my appointment & all staff I encountered where friendly & professional. Despite being quite a distance from my home, I would definitely use them again.

    Went to see one of the rheumatologists re ongoing leg problem. Took 4-5 months to get 2x mri scans and an xray only to be told they didn't know what problem was. Reffered back to GP. This was NHS contract work so maybe they couldn't care less and just took the money. who knows? Very poor outcome, but the staff were polite and it was clean
