   A&E sent me round here as I'd Etopic pregnancy was told there waiting for you really I sat 3 hours beside ladies in labour & women coming out with new born babies when mine was dead a bloody disgrace you should be told to come on threw sitting in agony bleeding heavy cold hungry as I'd been waiting all day in a&e was took into a side room no blanket or pillow air conditioning on I was froze was told by a male doctor the baby was stuck to the c section next day was told it wasn't by a midwife the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing ill never be back here & telling me not to bring my 2 year old with me as it will upset other people didn't think off that leaving me sitting with everyone in labour there needs to be a side room for etopic pregnancy stop leaving women who have had etopic pregnancy sitting with pregnant ladies it was heartbreaking

   I gave birth to my daughter here and they nearly killed her. I looked very young for my age and from the moment I arrived they treated me with hostility. I was 20 at the time and they wouldn't believe me when I said I needed to push. They were giving me an epidural at the time. Afterwards they found I was 10cm dilated and now baby was stuck in birth canal because I couldn't push anything. They trailed her out of me, permanently disabling her but we wouldn't find that out for several years after. Destroyed her nostril with the ventouse suction. She screamed in agony for hours. Back on the ward I was berated and belittled for feeling faint when I first got up to walk to toilet after delivery. I couldn't pee and was bullied and told I just didn't want to deal with the pain of the stitches. I was told drink this or you're getting a catheter. I drank it and still couldn't pee so they put catheter in tutting and complaining. Turns out the epidural had paralysed my bladder temporarily and I couldn't feel it to go. Very common but clearly not with this shower of horrible bints. I was told I was too young to be having babies and not to be back here again. I kid you not, this is what I was told. I was in agony with haemorrhoids and cried all night. Nobody did a thing to comfort me. Eventually one kind midwife did notice I had them and helped me with some medication. I've had children since and was treated wonderfully. I would never ever go near this hellhole of a place ever again. I'm older now so I wouldn't take that nonsense anymore but shame on all of you for how you treated my baby and I.

   To all the staff of Royal Jubilee maternity hospital especially the doctors and midwives, my heart is full and my joy boundless. Never in my life have I ever been treated as important as you all treated me especially the time of having my baby. Every single one of you showed me extreme care, attention and respect. I came to the hospital with just myself and a hand bag. Nothing for the baby and no extra cloths for myself but you gave me everything. My wee David left the hospital like a King with all essentials. You also went ahead and sent more gifts home. I wish I could remember and mention all your names one by one! I am so grateful. I am so happy. I am encouraged to believe that there's always someone willing to whole heartedly help. Thank you all, thank you very much. God bless you all.

   We had our baby 4 weeks ago here and I can’t praise enough our midwife, Judith, and the support on the ward. Judith was the perfect midwife - supported out choices, was incredibly positive and showed genuine care.

   A very nice place indeed. The nurses, midwives, doctors and all members of staff are awesome. The hospital is located not far from City Centre. There are good parking spaces. Although, there might be need for more with time. Nice place!!

   I recently gave birth in this hospital, the midwives are angels on earth, I thank them from the bottom of my heart. The one who assisted me all night on July 29. Diane, many thanks to the entire staff. It is a joy to bring children into the world in this hospital.

   Standards have massively dropped waiting in the waiting room for over 7 and a half hours with no clue when me and my partner would be seen. Partner stressed and sore from being 34 weeks pregnant and being in a waiting room that was 30 degrees asked to get her file back to go home and they said they would see where she was on the waiting list and never came back.

   I received excellent care on E ward. I gave birth at 34 weeks with my first baby everyone was fantastic offering reassurance and advice. Want to say a special thank you to Sophie a midwife on E ward who was a huge support for me and baby through out my 5 day stay

   I had excellent care here for my second baby. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and the diabetes team were brilliant. I had great postnatal care too with an attentive team of midwives and assistants - special mention to Stacey on E ward who was so helpful and also gave me some tips on stuff I'd forgotten since my first baby!
