   Felt very very let now.....Beautiful shop,can't complain but,we bought a bed in the Plymouth store ,a Reylon mattress with divan base and its awful...bed base us chipped,and rubbish,drawers coming off runners after 6 weeks! And mattress very uncomfortable and they won't do a thing.!!!!! DON'T bother if your looking fir a bed as so important to be able to change if not happy. We spent £1,600.!!!!!

   Stowfords are absolutely brilliant! We purchased a chair over two years ago, but over the past few months we have been unhappy with our chair, to the extent everyone has avoided sitting in it... We contacted Stowfords for advice and they sent an engineer, who instantly agreed there was a problem with the chair. He returned to Stowfords to investigate and promptly contacted us to confirm he had ordered the necessary parts and would be along soon to carry out the repairs. True to his word he arrived promptly, he was well mannered and professional throughout, he repaired our chair and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome, the chair is comfortable and once again enjoyable to sit in. Thank you Stowfords, we will be visiting you again very soon.

   From purchasing the bed to having it delivered was a delightful experience. I'm not the most patient of people as I dislike shopping. However the service was first rate, within a short time of being attended to by Linda ( who was so friendly, nice and a thoroughly lovely person) I was actually interested!!! Having spent my career in retail i can say that these guys really do set the benchmark high for others to follow! I will certainly be visiting this store again.

   We would definitely recommend Stowfords. They had a large range of high quality products to choose from and were friendly and knowledgeable. Karla helped us to choose the right seating to suit our elderly parents’ needs. We were even offered a home consultation if it was too difficult for them to come to the showroom. Delivery was well within the promised time scale. The rise and recline two seater sofa is comfortable, attractive, reasonably priced and has helped their mobility issues hugely. Thank you Stowfords for your excellent customer service.
