   We have just had all of our upstairs carpets, stairs and Lounge replaced by Western Carpets - the service was perfect from the team in the shop (Louise) and the hard-working fitters. The fitting date was critical to allow me to be there to move things (and hoover!) while also caring for my family. Thanks for all your efforts on this. The two fitters worked their backsides off! They have a great attitude and work ethic - were friendly, so helpful with all the furniture and both worked really hard - please pass on my thanks. The carpets all look beautiful - after all the building work and decorating, it's great to have the finishing touches. Thanks again, I would fully recommend your service :)

   Really pleased with our new carpet and underlay. A very difficult room to do as we have three steps down at different angles into the main lounge area but the fitters (Dan and Lewis) did an exceptional job and made it look seamless. Our room had recently been decorated (with not inexpensive wallpaper) and the care and attention to detail by the fitters was exceptional and much appreciated. From the ordering to delivery the customer service was first class and would highly recommend.

   I just wanted to thank you all for a wonderful service. As a pensioner it's important for me to know i can trust a company to meet or even exceed my expectations and i was overjoyed with my experience. The choice and advice was great. I only wanted a sideboard but ended up renewing my carpets and wardrobes too as the price and service were brilliant! The carpet fitters and the furniture men were so helpful and meticulous.
