I hade a tiny problem on a side table Neil phoned to ask if everything was ok I mentioned the tiny problem he came out straight away looked at it and agreed it needed sorting. No hassle extremely professional I would definitely use fairway again The service is perfect the Tavistock store is warm and welcoming they leave you time to browse too
I purchased a dining suite waited 5 weeks nothing like what was in the showroom when the chairs arrived took them right back look like Quasimodo have put them together absolute rubbish they were made in vietnam i got a full refund how to spend all day last Saturday driving round looking for replacements before Christmas I managed to get some at charltons of Torquay and they deliver and take all the wrapping away for FREE
