    The staff here are very friendly, polite and very professional and helpful they gave our shutzu pup the works and he looked beautiful and smelled very nice when I went to pick him up and the staff was very complementary about our pup being as it was his first time and I would highly recommend Shampoodles to anyone.

    Two of my mums dogs claws were cut that short his feet looked butchered. 3 times i mopped my mum's floor and had to call the vets as it wouldn't stop despite dabbing it with powder as advised. White claws should be pretty straightforward to cut as you can see the quick. Doesn't help a regular came in to collect his pet and just walked in and started talking to the lady dealing with my mums dog when it clearly tells you to wait and close the door as there are dogs loose. Probably didn't concentrate. Will stick with our usual groomers even if it means a drive to dudley. I'm afraid i won't be coming here with my two even if I'm desperate and my mom certainly wont. Also, how can you justify charging £20 for a groom for a short haired breed who requires a bath and no grooming? Where we go she baths him cleans his ears does his nails and sprays him to smell nice all for £10 and she even gives out treats etc and then my dog needs to be groomed fully and charges £20. Others may well have had great experiences but we didn't unfortunately. Wish we took pics of the mess he was in. Blood was everywhere. A very worrying and stressful experience.
