   We took our rescue Shih Tzu cross today for his first groom with us, and we couldn't be happier. Ralph is quite a scared little boy, and we were nervous that he wouldn't cope when we left him. But they took such good care of him, and he behaved beautifully. He looks and smells amazing. Will only use Soulmates now, and can't recommend them highly enough.    This business does absolute wonders! The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and have changed this doggos quality of life around with their skill and passion! The doggo was abandoned from his previous owner and since I took him in to improve his quality of life before the new owners take him in, I immediately noticed the difference the groom has made in this doggos behaviour, who was immediately full of life afterwards and looking his best! Definitely recommend this place, your pets well-being is at the heart of this business.

   My dogs love it here!!! The shop is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. When taking the dogs to previous groomers they would come back sad! When we pick them up they’re so happy and when we return home too! She always does such a wonderful jobs and works late to accommodate us working in the week! Honestly the best groomers I ever used and won’t got anywhere else!! Thanks for your hard work always❤️❤️
