   Called to see if I could book in my beagle puppy for a wash. Was told no instantly and said they only do small dogs!!! Are puppies not small dogs? Not very good customer service at all. Should have read previous reviews.

   Not the best service, called up to ask how much it would be to get my dogs nails trimmed, no asking what breed my dog was. Even though there’s no indication on the website that they only do certain size dogs. Asked the lady on the phone, and before even asking what dog I had she replied with “ohh we only do small dogs”. Not the best service.
