   I recently took our Maltese puppy to Head2Tails, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! As a returning customer, I appreciate how accommodating they are with scheduling appointments, especially for a pup like ours who is used to a quiet household. The groomers provided excellent support during both the first and second full grooming sessions, carefully talking through the veterinary and social history of the dog before grooming. They were patient and understanding, ensuring our puppy felt comfortable throughout the process. It truly says it all when on her second visit she ran towards the groomers door in excitement! Highly recommend Phil and his team at Head2Tails for anyone looking for a caring, experienced, knowledgeable and professional grooming experience. They have a genuine love for dogs, and it shows!

   Phil and the girls are absolutely brilliant. Recently took my x2 cats for their 2nd visit and honestly dont know how we ever lived without them. 1 is very loving and loves her little spa visit, the other is sassy at best and they deserve a medal for persevering with her!! Both are super chilled when i collect them. Great value for money for the professional job that is done. Phil you are fabulous, don’t ever change!

   Well done Heads and Tails. Service is fantastic. First time for my dog who has bad hips and has never been away from his family, has been groomed here today. I was told what they were going to do, how they were going to do it which made me have peace of mind. When arrived to pick him up. He looked fantastic. Groomed, nails cut. They even gave advice on keeping teeth healthy. Would definitely recommend

   Phil and his team are friendly, professional and always does an amazing job, my dog can be a handful due to him being blind he is very anxious when going to the groomers, Phil gives him time to calm down he is always groomed to an amazing standard. Phil has been very accommodating and caring. I would never go anywhere else best in the business!

   Have used Head2tails for a good while now. I wouldn't take my dogs to any other groomer. If you want your dog groomed to perfection and looked after well, this is the place for you. I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs with Phil, I know they are in safe hands. They always come back smelling so fresh and always cut to perfection. Keep up the good work Phil!    Amazing groomers / spa. Amazing and understanding staff. We took our dog here and they fixed him right up. He was in a bit of a mess due to our last groomers cancelling on us and not offering anything for months. He came out looking, feeling and smelling amazing! 100% recommend. We will be using this place from now on.

   I have known Phil for a long time and this is the first time I have had a dog that needs to have regular grooms. As you can see in the pictures, he has given our pup an excellent makeover. She was so scruffy before and she looks lovely now. She also smelt amazing. Would definitely recommend Heads 2 Tails to anyone who needs their pet groomed
