   I can't recommend Paw-Tears Grooming enough! They are true professionals who have worked wonders on my pooch. After his coat was left in poor condition at another grooming salon, they’ve been providing ongoing treatment and care to bring it back to its best condition.    1st haircut for Charlie here on 25/4/23. I was met at the door by Caroline, a very lovely lady. Made me at ease straight away, which is good because Charlie is a nervous dog. Charlie was well looked after, and his treatment was fantastic. His hair cut was perfect short, tidy and he looked amazing. I can highly recommend Caroline and Alice as excellent gog groomers.

   This groomer was a real find. After only having short haired cross breed dogs previously I was clueless regarding the grooming of the Spoodle we had recently homed. Caroline was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding our Spoodle’s coat and how to maintain it. After her groom our Spoodle looked fantastic, I cannot recommend this groomer enough.    A big thank you to Caroline. You have cared for Daisy for 8 years, kept her coat shining, nails trummed and offered sound advice. After her leg operation you gave her dry shampoo knowing she wouldnt cope in the bath and drier and trimmed her for as long as she could stand so not causing her stress.    Another fantastic grooming experience for my Chihuahua Teddy, he doesn't much like the dryer but they do everything to reassure him so that he has a lovely experience. Always provides fantastic advice on when his next groom will be due to ensure his coat is always in tip top condition.

   Absolutely amazing!! I was shocked when I picked up my dog as he looked ‘brand new’, wonderful and friendly experienced staff who know exactly what to do to pamper your dog up! Enough can’t be said about how lovely the staff is, very accommodating as I had to pick up my son from preschool so they arranged a time so I was able to make it on time when they didn’t have to. Very cheap as well for the top service your dog will get. Can’t recommend it highly enough, we will be definitely coming back for another doggy pamper very soon!
