The person minding the front desk Mr John Lel, is very rude, he thinks every one who walks through the building needs to say good morning to him just to massage his ego, even when he has seen "said" people for the last few days and they have explained to him who they are and where they need to go. Now I do not have a problem with saying good morning to anyone, (it's polite) however once I have said that I expect to be on my way, not to be called back where he can show off his "so called" authority in front of females. When I tried to raise a complaint about this person by calling the number from google and asking to speak to the building manager, he pretended he was indeed the building manager and told me to just go and speak to my tutor. THIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am not the only person who has noticed Mr John Lel's behaviour and I will be taking this matter further
