I would rate EFS 2 stars that could be for below mentioned reasons, 1.The portal which staff handles and customer handles shows different figures. But they commit its the same. 2. They have given me few wrong information in order to file application quickly. 3. They showed me some different figures earlier and completely different later. 4. Also I tried to counter about the facts but staff were really stubborn to put forward your points and prove it right with full confidence and conviction even though its wrong.
