Dr Quinn and nurse Jane calmed my nerves and made my experience very normal which was appreciated immensely! Very fast procedure, only it was a little intimidating to have such a beautiful nurse in the room! Thanks.

I understand the NHS is under pressure but I’ve only had good experiences with this surgery. All staff I’ve encountered have been both personable and professional. Any issues or concerns I’ve had have been taken seriously and I’ve always felt listened to. Thank you.

I moved to this practice from another. So far so good with the service. I have found the reception and nursing staff to be pleasant and professional. I have had no issues and one nurse in particular very helpful. There is still an issue being able to speak with Dr's or see one, but I think that is the norm now. When you do it has been a positive experience. The system to get an appointment is not helpful if you work at 11am but something you need to live with!

Unfortunately i can't rate this surgery any longer as I've lost all trust with them. They make so many mistakes and wrong diagnosis its worrying. Its a nice place and the receptionists are lovely apart from one who can be very nasty at times. I ended up getting the right diagnosis from hospital at last after weeks of stress from this surgery which wasn't professional. I already suffer acute anxiety disorder and ptsd and Unfortunately it gets much worse when i need a doctor. They don't listen any concerns or follow up. I wish i could get a better service but these days we cant.

In dire need of help and funding it appears. Have been trying to book an appointment for a fortnight and am only met with answering machines and overworked staff saying β€œemergencies only”. Luckily I’m a man in my late twenties so can truck on for another while, but god help our older community members and the possible neglect and fear they’re experiencing, very upsetting.

Very nice GPs and reception staff, but impossible to get an appointment. The current appointment system is far too restrictive. I've been ringing at 8.30 every morning for almost a week and haven't managed to get through before I had to leave for work at 9am. The website says you can only ring to discuss ONE issue! I'm in my 60s and have a number of queries. This morning I rang at 8.29 and the clinic was closed. I rang again at 8.30 sharp and told that I was number 37 in the queue! I've been on the phone waiting now for 20 minutes and am no 14 in the queue. Very unsatisfactory. Other surgeries in Belfast seem to operate less rigid appointment systems.

After switching to this surgery a few years ago I honestly couldn't be happier. The receptionist staff are so helpful and polite. With all these extra challenges they have faced over the last year they have still managed to stay cheerful and easy to talk to when you phone. The nurses and doctors are fantastic and the level of care they have give us has been first class. The best part is how brilliant they are with kids. Everyone really makes an effort to make it a good experience for little ones and to help them feel comfortable and safe. Great experience.

The doctors and nurses do a great job. However, the receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful! I've noticed they seem to be specifically condescending to younger patients. Also, now that appointments are limated and must be made the day of, it has become quite inconvenient. I've found myself needing an emergency appointment and phoning up only to be given a telling off from a receptionist for not having my issue at an acceptable time for them.
