Lovely, Friendly staff. But unfortunately that doesn't uphold the fact you cannot get an appointment at all. You're told to call at a certain time on a certain day to be able to get an appointment but you'll spend most of your morning not being able to get through at all. Been trying to get an appointment almost 2 months now and at this point I've just given up

I hate complaining about GPs surgeries as they provide a vital service, but this surgery has some serious issues. They have only "set days" you can ring for appointments. Every time you try to ring on those set days the lines are busy. They are still operating under "Covid Restrictions" despite the rest of us, including other NHS services, getting on with it. You basically need to take a morning off work just to get through to get an appointment. If you need medical care you should try another GP surgery. You won't get seen at this surgery, you'll struggle to get even a basic phone appointment (takes at least a month now).

I had been sick all week with a chest infection which I can usually handle on my own without medical intervention but this one was extremely aggressive, so after a week of no sleep I called the surgery first thing in the morning and the staff were quick to answer and speak with me, I was nervous I would have been disregarded as I have been in the past with a minor ailment but the staff straight away got me a call back from dr white and within 30 mins dr white had called me back and perscribed me meds, when I went to collect my perscription the staff were really helpful and let me sit down to wait till my perscription was ready and for the first time in a week I slept and I'm on the mend. This is a brilliant surgery the best one I've ever been registered with. They've been so helpful with other things I've had to use them for also. Really happy to be a patient here

I have been a patient for about 30 years. From reception staff to nurses and GP's I have always had positive experiences. I have only met 2 of the new GP's, but both excellent experiences. Have had no issues getting appropriate triage/treatment during covid. Excellent, professional surgery.

2 Stars are entirely based on the reception staff as they are nice and friendly, although besides one doctor the rest could give a hoot about patient health from my experience, they have no patience on the phone and cant wait to get rid of you both over the phone and during appointments. Even after stressing how worried I've been about my health there was zero improvement. Disgrace of a GP practice. Would defiantly recommend not joining.

Wonderful staff friendly , effective caring and thouagh they definitely go above and beyond to work in unbelievably difficult conditions. I really can't think of a single negitive about the staff. They honestly do everything for patients.and never made me feel like I was was unimportant and always help when I have concerns. They would be 5* except... New management with the trust has made the surgery feel like a cattle market. The new phone line times are crazy there's literally a two hour window to phone and waiting times can be over a month for an appointment. With familiar crys of if it's an emergency go to A and E it feels like GP should be taking strain off emergency services but they seem to be adding.phone consultations can only touch the surface of an issue. It's not staff fault. But the trust seriously need to look at current situation and either hire more staff or lobems to cope with demand or rethink how patients can access gp. Especially when chemists can't do routine checks like no or diabetes anymore. Not impressed by new management. Covid seems to still be the great excuse . After a year surely the gp could have more effective system to deal with patients
