Thoroughly professional service, I would recommend with full confidence. Carol-Anne has accelerated my recovery post surgery and I'm very grateful. Excellent advice, therapy, and all done with a smile . Thank-you.

£65 for a 20/25 mins session feels very overpriced. Was asked to fill in a form at the start with full card details, I didn’t have my card with me as I use my phone to pay nowadays, felt I was given attitude when I said I didn’t have it with me, like she didn’t believe why I wouldn’t carry it. Did feel it was very inappropriate to be asked for full written card details including CVC, nothing secure about it at all to. I was using my health insurance and needed a form filled in at the end, basically five quick questions and then to be email from her. Was told there would be a charge for it £30!! Seriously! Was really annoyed by this, her explanation was it takes time and time costs money to send an email. She could have filled it out during my session as I was on the TENS machine so her hands were free. A few minutes would have done that and quick snap of it and email it, done! Even the online form to fill in before my first appointment, so out of date and questions after questions about the same thing. I debated putting this review up, but felt it was unfair of people who may be deciding which physio to use and then have the same experience as me.

Booked an appointment with Frazer and asked me to fill a form before I go. I had to provide them with full banking details including cvv codes in that form in which I didn't because of course I don't want anyone to have my full banking details. I booked it a week in prior and after a whole week, a day before my appointment they email me to let me know that the appointment is cancelled cause of that reason .... They rang me on evening time to genuinely tell me that they get the details in case someone won't appear on the day, so basically if something happens to you and you won't make it or want to reschedule they want to be able to charge you anyway... What if you wanna pay with cash for instance? The guy on the phone was saying that he wanted to check with me if everything is okay but when I was trying to explain the reasons why I don't wanna give my details he was speaking over me (that's exactly how you "care"). Unprofessional 100% If someone comes over and he can't pay after and that's your concern then you can simply ask people to pay before you start the therapy. If your concern is that people might not appear and you don't wanna lose money then I am sorry but no business is perfect and there pros and cons. Yous are working in the health sector if someone can't make it then there is a reason. Wouldn't recommend!
