    I injured my shoulder a few months ago and made an appointment with Charlotte from active health Holywood. I was treated by Ines in four physio sessions which were all excellent. I'll do the stretches advised by Ines if need be. I've used active health Holywood for physio on numerous occasions for over a decade and its been excellent every time. I highly recommend it and the team who do a brilliant job in their fields.

    All staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient. Lucy (Sports therrapist) is exceptional. She is the only physio I've been to who has corrected my neck position, relaxed my back totally and was genuinely interested in my welfare.

    I had a chronic elbow injury but thanks to Lucy at Active Health, it is now much better: Lucy performed a thorough assessment, provided exercises, and even wrote to my local GP (I don't live in the uk.) I highly recommend this practice.

    A great team of therapists. Having experienced back and shoulder pain, I began a course of treatment at Active Health Holywood. Sports therapist Lucy and physiotherapist Ines provided me with treatment and a course of rehab exercises which have worked wonders. Reception staff are also wonderfully welcoming.     I went to see a podiatrist for a free assessment appointment and the person - Caroline was her name - was thorough, patient, kind, and even wrote a letter to my GP suggesting a blood test. She also sent me exercises to do for my feet, and recommended I see a specialist. She went far beyond my expectations. The receptionist was very nice as well and contacted me before and after the appointment - excellent place to go.

    Active Health has worked wonders with an ongoing issue with ingrown toe nails. This has been a life saver for me as the pain can be intolerable.
