Great birthday treat from my wife. Massage and facial treatments in a calm, well-run setting. Grace carried out the treatments to a high standard. Very relaxing, and I felt noticeably better after a milestone birthday. Highly recommended.
Excellent gym with fantastic facilities. The staff are superb. A special mention would have to go to Denise. Denise is a true professional with and amazing approach to all of the members. Booked a couples massage, was fantastic professional and great value. The hot stone beds and floatation beds incredible. The spa facility itself is okay and busy on a Sunday.
Well equipped gym and all very nice inside. Came in as a guest today, though there's a mass of information required first. Which was a bit of a pain
Really lovely health spa. Easy to get to. Facilities were clean and staff were lovely. Zoe was amazing during my spa treatments. Would 100% recommend.

What a wonderful day I had today! Arrived for spa day with Swedish massage.From the begging of checking at the reception Frank made me feel welcome with plenty of information where to go and what to do before my treatment. Amazing job . I had my coffee in relaxing room before the massage. I felt so relaxing with the spa music I could felt asleep ! My treatment person was Amy such a professional person. Made me feel welcome and explained about treatment as it was my first experience. What an amazing job ! The experience was so relaxing! Thank you so much ! I need this so much! I had truly 5 star experience!
