Not very happy with Jenny as she refused to wash cut& blow-dry my Labradoodle because I was 15 minutes late for an appointment. I explained there was road works at Tom lane and I had to take a much longer journey. Jenny still said no as it was her policy to close up after 15 minutes. Jenny forgets the first time we made an appointment with her, she was late to. So we waited patiently for her. But we never made a fuss about it she didn't even , rebook for another appointment either
I have always been very happy with how Jenny cuts my Cocker Spaniel. She does exactly what you ask of her. Appointment times are given so that my pet isn't caged or kept for half a day. My dog is always happy going for her grooming session. It is obvious that Jenny grows attached to her furry clients. Appointments are occasionally cancelled by Jenny at short notice and I wasn't informed that she would be shut for my dogs last appointment. I took the risk of going rather than let her down but she wasn't open. A quick advisory text would have been appreciated.
